1. Agreed outcome

Help a prospective design client understand the studio, organize their project needs, and complete one connected brief-to-enquiry journey.

Intended first users: Homeowners considering an interior-design service who need help describing their room, style, budget, and priorities.

2. Included scope

• Home, work, services, process, studio, project brief, and contact pages
• One reusable portfolio project template
• Success, cancellation, loading, and error states required by the agreed journey
• Generate an editable project brief from the visitor's room, goals, style, and budget
• Carry the saved brief into the enquiry journey
• Continue from the enquiry to one hosted consultation-payment provider selected by the client

3. Integrations and technical assumptions

• One narrowly configured AI response using the client's approved API account
• One hosted payment provider: Stripe or Razorpay
• One standard enquiry delivery method within the same connected journey

4. Client responsibilities

• Approved studio copy, services, prices, process, policies, logo, and portfolio images
• Domain, hosting, email, AI, and selected payment-provider accounts
• Permission to publish every supplied project image and testimonial
• One decision-maker who returns consolidated feedback during the review window

5. Third-party costs

These are paid directly by the client and are outside the build fee.

6. Outside this scope

• A customer portal, design-project dashboard, product catalog, or procurement system
• Custom scheduling, custom checkout, subscriptions, or invoice automation

• Copywriting, image licensing, photography, and full brand-identity work

New pages, features, or integrations require a separate written quote and approval before they are added.

7. Acceptance criteria

• All agreed pages and the reusable project template load with working navigation
• The AI brief returns the agreed structured result and can be edited before enquiry
• The enquiry validates required fields and reaches the agreed destination
• The hosted payment handoff uses the client's configured provider and agreed amount
• The connected journey passes on the agreed phone and desktop sizes

8. Payment, revisions, and support

The $99 founding build fee is paid in full after this project-specific scope is accepted and before work begins.

One consolidated revision round and seven calendar days of fixes for defects in the accepted work.

9. Ownership and handoff

• Source repository and production accounts remain client-controlled
• The client receives the live URL, environment-variable list without secret values, launch checklist, and short operating guide
