1. Agreed outcome

Let a shopper browse a focused catalog, receive useful gift suggestions, manage a bag, and continue to a hosted payment journey.

Intended first users: Shoppers choosing from a small curated catalog where guided discovery is more useful than a large marketplace search.

2. Included scope

• Home, shop, collections, story, delivery, gift finder, bag, and checkout pages
• One reusable product-detail template
• Payment result, empty, loading, unavailable, and validation states
• Browse and filter the supplied product catalog
• Generate gift recommendations from recipient, occasion, and budget
• Add products, update quantities, review a browser-saved bag, and continue to hosted checkout

3. Integrations and technical assumptions

• One narrowly configured AI recommendation response using the client's API account
• One hosted payment provider: Stripe or Razorpay
• A supplied product catalog stored in the agreed application format

4. Client responsibilities

• Approved product names, descriptions, prices, categories, images, stock assumptions, and policies
• Domain, hosting, AI, and selected payment-provider accounts
• Tax, shipping, refund, privacy, and legally required commerce wording
• One decision-maker who returns consolidated feedback during each review window

5. Third-party costs

These are paid directly by the client and are outside the build fee.

6. Outside this scope

• Inventory administration, fulfilment, shipping labels, tax calculation, or refund automation
• Customer accounts, order history, wishlists, reviews, discounts, or subscriptions
• A production order database or merchant administration panel
• Bulk catalog migration, product photography, copywriting, and ongoing merchandising

New pages, features, or integrations require a separate written quote and approval before they are added.

7. Acceptance criteria

• The supplied catalog, categories, and reusable product pages render correctly
• The gift finder returns only valid supplied products and handles unavailable-service errors
• Bag additions, removals, quantities, totals, and browser persistence behave as agreed
• The checkout handoff uses the client's configured provider and server-validated amount
• The three agreed journeys pass on the agreed phone and desktop sizes

8. Payment, revisions, and support

The $299 build fee is paid in full after this project-specific scope is accepted and before work begins.

Two consolidated revision rounds and fourteen calendar days of fixes for defects in the accepted work.

9. Ownership and handoff

• Source repository and production accounts remain client-controlled
• The client receives the live URL, catalog-update notes, environment-variable list without secret values, launch checklist, and architecture/data-flow notes for the checkout
