1. Agreed outcome

Help a prospective event client understand the offer and complete one connected theme-to-enquiry-to-deposit journey.

Intended first users: People planning a small celebration who want a personal starting point before contacting an event planner.

2. Included scope

• Home, packages, gallery, venues, about, journal, theme starter, and contact pages
• One reusable journal article template
• Success, cancellation, loading, and error states required by the agreed journey
• Generate one editable theme starter from the visitor's occasion, guest count, budget, and mood
• Carry the generated theme into the enquiry journey
• Continue from the enquiry to one hosted deposit provider selected by the client

3. Integrations and technical assumptions

• One narrowly configured AI response using the client's approved API account
• One hosted payment provider: Stripe or Razorpay
• One standard enquiry delivery method within the same connected journey

4. Client responsibilities

• Approved business copy, services, prices, policies, logo, and images
• Domain, hosting, email, AI, and selected payment-provider accounts
• One decision-maker who returns consolidated feedback during the review window
• Any legally required event, refund, privacy, or payment wording

5. Third-party costs

These are paid directly by the client and are outside the build fee.

6. Outside this scope

• A venue, booking, customer, or event-management database
• Customer accounts, planner dashboards, calendars, or automated availability
• Custom checkout, subscriptions, refunds, invoices, or accounting automation
• Copywriting, original photography, brand identity, and ongoing content entry

New pages, features, or integrations require a separate written quote and approval before they are added.

7. Acceptance criteria

• All agreed pages and the reusable journal template load with working navigation
• The AI theme starter returns the agreed structured result and handles unavailable-service errors
• The enquiry validates required fields and reaches the agreed destination
• The hosted payment handoff uses the client's configured provider and agreed amount
• The connected journey passes on the agreed phone and desktop sizes

8. Payment, revisions, and support

The $99 founding build fee is paid in full after this project-specific scope is accepted and before work begins.

One consolidated revision round and seven calendar days of fixes for defects in the accepted work.

9. Ownership and handoff

• Source repository and production accounts remain client-controlled
• The client receives the live URL, environment-variable list without secret values, launch checklist, and short operating guide
